About Adam Boskovich

Commercial real estate is a relationship business. The best relationships begin with a clear understanding of the asset, the owner’s priorities, and the details that influence decisions.

With more than 33 years in the industry, Adam Boskovich brings a practical perspective to building measurement, institutional account relationships, and commercial real estate strategy.

As a Senior Account Executive at Stevenson Systems, Adam advises ownership groups, asset managers, and leasing teams on implementing defensible, portfolio-wide measurement programs across office, industrial, life science, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. He provides guidance across all major measurement methodologies, including BOMA, REBNY, and IPMS, ensuring clients select the approach that best aligns with leasing strategy, compliance obligations, and investment objectives.

He has advised some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, PGIM, Tishman Speyer, Hines, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, New York Life, Google, Nuveen, and Ventas, among others.

His project experience includes measurement and consulting on iconic assets such as Rockefeller Center (New York), Salesforce Tower (San Francisco), 1 & 2 International Place (Boston), Rainier Square (Seattle), and Century Plaza Towers (Los Angeles)—complex, high-profile properties where measurement precision directly supports investment performance and leasing strategy.

His industry perspectives focus on verified rentable area, alignment between leasing and underwriting documentation, and maintaining reliable measurement records throughout ownership.
